Roster sizes
Which plan size should my team pick?
Pick the plan that fits your active players. Team 15 ($299 a year) suits basketball, volleyball and wrestling. Team 30 ($699 a year) fits baseball, softball, soccer, lacrosse and hockey. Team 45 ($799 a year) covers football, track, swim and large programs.
What happens when my roster is full?
You can't add another player until you free a seat or move up a size. Removing a player frees their seat right away.
Can we change sizes during the season?
Yes. The head coach can move up or down from Manage billing. Moving up is prorated for the rest of your year. Moving down only works when your active roster fits the smaller plan.
Coach roles
How many coaches are included?
Team 15 includes 2 coach and staff seats, Team 30 includes 3 and Team 45 includes 4. Coach seats do not use player seats.
What can each staff role do?
The head coach manages the roster, staff and billing. Assistant coaches assign and approve work. Team managers create tasks, send reminders and see reports, but cannot approve work.
Player access
Do players need an email address?
No. The head coach creates each player's username and password, one at a time or from a spreadsheet, and hands out the logins. Players sign in on any phone.
What can players see?
Only their own weekly tasks, their own submissions and their points. They cannot see a teammate's work or approve anything. The effort board never shows stats, wins or playing time.
Billing
How does the team trial work?
Every team gets a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start. You are charged the yearly price when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
How is the team plan billed?
Once a year per team, by roster size. You get a receipt by email and can download invoices from Manage billing.
Can a club or school pay by invoice?
Yes. Choose Request an invoice on the plan page and we will send one. Clubs with several teams are billed per team at each team's size.
How do I cancel?
The head coach cancels from Manage billing. Your team keeps access until the end of the year you paid for. Payments are not refunded, as described in our Terms.
Teams vs families
How is a team plan different from a family account?
A family account is run by parents for up to 5 children at $24.99 a month or $249 a year. A team plan is run by coaches for 15, 30 or 45 players, is billed yearly per team, and coaches approve the work.
Does a team plan include a family account?
No. They are separate memberships with separate logins. A family can have its own account at home while their child also plays on a team that uses a team plan.
