Head coach, assistant coach and team manager: who does what
How staff roles work in a team account and how to split the weekly workload.
Quick answer
Head coaches own the roster, plan and roles. Assistant coaches assign and approve work. Team managers handle tasks, reports and reminders but do not approve work.
Head coach
Adds and removes players and staff, resets player passwords, changes the plan and approves work.
Assistant coach
Assigns weekly tasks, reviews and approves submissions, sends reminders and reads reports.
Team manager
Keeps the week organized: creates tasks, reads reports, sends reminders. Approvals stay with coaches so feedback comes from the coaching staff.
Players
See only their own tasks, submissions and points. They cannot approve work or see other players' submissions.
