Set up a 15, 30 or 45 player roster in one sitting
A step by step setup for coaches: import the roster, hand out logins and assign the first week of work.
Quick answer
Export your roster as a CSV with name, jersey and position, import it, download the logins sheet and share it at practice. Most teams are live in under 15 minutes.
Prepare the CSV
Use three columns: Name, Jersey, Position. Most club and league tools export this directly. A pasted list from a spreadsheet works too.
Import and hand out logins
Every player gets a username and a temporary password. Download the logins file and hand each player their slip. No player email is needed.
Assign week one
Pick two or three templates for the first week so players learn the flow before the work gets heavier.
